An air/hydraulic pump that works on standard shop air (requires 9 CFM) at 100 PSI), with special valving to return the ram automatically at the end of each cycle.
Crushes filters to 1/4 of their original size, and removes up to 95% of the oil from the filter's total oil capacity.
